Matt Rosenberg-Pitching Instructor Since he was 14, Matt has trained under Tom House, founder of the National Pitching Association. Matt spent a summer at the National Pitching Association Laboratory in San Diego working with Tom House and the NPA team to hone his pitching mechanics and learn the different strategies of the game of baseball. Matt has been certified by the National Pitching Association as a pitching instructor. Matt is currently the Varsity Pitching Coach at St. Rose High School. This past fall he signed his first professional baseball contract with the Continental Baseball League. Anthony Puzzo-Instructor Anthony is a graduate of Kean University where he played 4 years under head coach Neil Ioviero. As a switch-hitter he garnished all 1st Team All NJAC honors at third base. Graduated from Lacey High School, Anthony's talents on the ball field netted him both All County and All Shore honors. He has a strong passion for the game and is actively involved with teaching baseball to youth throughout Ocean and Monmouth counties. Michael Maguire Mike has a goal to help each pitcher use their own biomechanical delivery to become the best they can be and strive to be injury free. Mike worked in NYC with top shoulder and knee surgeons as a distributor of orthopedic device sales. In surgery he has seen the injuries created from poor mechanics. He played JC baseball for two years in Southern California and has a degree in Biology from San Diego State University. He was trained by Tom House, founder of the National Pitching Association and current University of Southern California pitching coach, as a certified pitching coach. He has coached youth travel teams in CA, NYC and NJ. Brian Ciencin-Instructor Brian is a graduate of Rowan University and played collegiate baseball at Bloomfield College. The former all county hurler from Cranford High School joined the Biopitch family in the winter of 2009. Brian will be instructing in both pitching and catching.
